Oncology Supportive Services will guide patients through services that help them continue with their normal lives while fighting their battle with cancer.
ABOUT ONCOLOGY SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

Oncology Supportive Services (OSS) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to funding programs and services that support individuals facing cancer. In oncology care, there are often critical gaps—services that are not billable through insurance, or resources that are clinically beneficial, but financially out of reach for many patients. OSS exists to help close those gaps and remove barriers to care.
Our mission is to invest in programs that improve quality of life and empower patients to face cancer with greater dignity and support. Through OSS funding, patients have access to services that enhance their care experience and address needs beyond traditional medical treatment.
Examples of OSS-supported initiatives include funding for a registered dietitian to provide specialized nutritional support for cancer patients; a social worker in Mountain Home to assist patients with navigating social services and addressing emotional and psychosocial needs; and genetic counseling services to ensure patients can meet with a genetic counselor without a financial barrier. OSS also supports certain cancer screening services and aids with select infusion medications when patients are unable to afford treatment due to unmet insurance deductibles.
OSS does not provide direct financial assistance to patients. All grants and funds are directed toward programs and services that expand access to care throughout a patient’s cancer journey.
