Cancer Service Prevention Grant

Oncology Supportive Services, Inc. is a non-profit public charity dedicated to funding cancer screening, treatment, outreach and research.

OSS is able to fill the gap by providing funding for free prevention services, medical assistance, and outreach services to the people who might otherwise not receive care.

Important information regarding use of granted funds:

Grant money cannot be used for event sponsorships.
Grant must align with the mission of OSS.

Successful applicants will be expected to:

Publicly acknowledge the grant through social media posts, press release, website, or newsletter.
Submit a Grant Results Summary no later than 10 months after receiving the grant funds. The grant recipient will need to include specific details on how the grant money was used as well as the resulting benefits (screening rates, treatments provided, research results).

GRANT APPLICATION DEADLINE is due on a rolling application

Grant applicants will be contacted with feedback and the status of the application within thirty (30) days of the application deadline. We reserve the right to contact applicants if we have any questions or require clarification. This application does not guarantee receipt of a grant award.
